Dina Meyer is an American film and television actress, known for her roles in Starship Troopers and the Saw films. Conflicting information on the Internet gives her birthdate as both December 22, 196812 and June 15, 1969.345

Personal life
Meyer was born in Queens, New York to a father who owns an auto parts/repair shop.6 She has two brothers, one older and one younger.7 Meyer loved dancing and acting from an early age, but it was not until after she graduated from university that she started to work to become an actress. She attended Long Island University, where she majored in business administration. Among her hobbies and interests are snowboarding, rollerblading and biking. She lives in Los Angeles.
Career
Meyer's film debut was in the TV film Strapped in 1993, although her role in the cyberpunk thriller Johnny Mnemonic was perhaps her breakthrough performance. Before that, however, she also had a role in the TV series Beverly Hills 90210 as Lucinda Nicholson. In addition to Johnny Mnemonic, she has had other roles in science fiction productions, such as Starship Troopers, Birds of Prey and Star Trek Nemesis. She played Detective Allison Kerry in the horror/thriller film Saw and its sequels. She made several guest appearances on Friends and Miss Match. She also played one of the leads on the now canceled Point Pleasant. In March 2006 Meyer was in the series premiere episode of Thief as Wanda, the wife of Andre Braugher's character Nick, although her character did not reappear.
