Meredith Leigh Monroe (born December 30, 1968) is an American actress who portrayed Andie McPhee on Dawson's Creek from 1998 to 2000. She was a series regular in Seasons 2-3, appeared in several episodes at the beginning and end of season 4, and was a special guest star in the final series episode in Season 6, though these scenes were cut from the televised episode, but appear on the DVD extended cut release. Aged thirty six at the time of the series finale, Monroe was the oldest cast member of the show, being thirty two years old when she first appeared in Season 2 as the sixteen year old Andie.

Biography
Monroe was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Hinsdale, Illinois. She attended Millikin University where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. She can currently be seen as a recurring guest star on reruns of Criminal Minds shown on the networks A&E and ION. Her character was killed off in the 100th episode, titled "100." She married Steven Kavovit in August 1999.
